The once-beloved brand has had a turbulent few years with rebranding attempts implementing “awakened” policies such as removing the iconic “Angel” model and annual fashion show.

Shares plunged on Tuesday after the filing with the SEC revealing Mr. Hauck’s resignation. The lingerie maker’s stock fell 5.65% for him.
