
Soldiers attending Class 23-001 at the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence Petty Officer Academy at Fort Rucker will participate in a scenario-driven test on December 14, 2022 to test their physical and mental agility. Completed type and mission-oriented situational training exercises. The challenge provided soldiers with an opportunity to apply the lessons learned in formal leadership instruction and develop individuals as leaders.
The course challenged a soldier’s leadership skills and required them to develop a plan to overcome obstacles while securing their team’s protection and equipment in timed events.
