St. Norbert College Introduces Leadership Program to IM News, Sports, Jobs

Depere, Wisconsin — The St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership, in partnership with the Dickinson County Community Economic Development Alliance, offers a foundational leadership program at the Bay College campus in Iron Mountain.

The St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership offers leadership development programs for professionals at all levels of the organization. CEL empowers leaders to create new levels of meaningful impact in their organizations, families, and communities through experiential learning built on real-world challenges.

The Foundational Leadership program teaches team members new to leadership or who are perceived as high performers the qualities, core behaviors, and skills necessary to become more contemplative and positive drivers of organizational success. provide.

Over eight sessions, program participants build:

— Increased self-awareness of core strengths and growth areas.

— Develop a better understanding of what it takes to move from a strong individual contributor to a successful leader of people and teams.

— Critical thinking, problem solving and empathic listening skills.

The Program Leader is John Harry, who has been the Area Executive for Systems Control for many years. He is supported by his other CEL faculty and executive coaches.

The Local Program was created to support the growth and development of organizational leaders in the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin.

The cost is $4,750 per participant and includes books, materials, meals, assessments, executive coaching sessions, and facilitation.

Registration deadline is Friday, February 3rd, and evaluation will begin on Monday, February 13th. Participation in the program will take place on Tuesday, April 11th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays May 10th, June 7th, July 12th, August 9th, September 6th, October 11th and November 8th from 8am to noon.
