The woman said that when she was in the restroom, she heard someone in the stall next door and then saw a man stick his head under the stall and look at her inside the stall. The woman told police she screamed at the man, who, she said, fled the restroom and the restaurant. She tracked down the suspect, who was later identified as 35-year-old Eduardo Moreno.
