

Martin Truex Jr. will once again fly the colors of Auto Owners Insurance during the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season. The company has revealed on its website his sponsorship schedule for his eight-race primary for the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota.
According to Auto-Owners Insurance’s official website, Truex will compete at Richmond Raceway (April 2nd), Bristol Motor Speedway Dirt (April 9th), Darlington Raceway (May 14th) and Worldwide Technology Raceway. (June 4th), we will be carrying the familiar blue in Atlanta. Motor Speedway (July 9), Michigan International Speedway (August 9), Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course (August 13), Martinsville Speedway (October 29).
Auto-Owners Insurance, which has supported Truex as a major sponsor since the 2016 season, also held eight major sponsorship races with Truex in the #19 car one season ago.
On August 4th, Auto-Owners Insurance officially announced its return as a primary partner of Truex in 2023.
Truex ends a seven-year winning streak in 2022 to qualify for the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.
Although the Truex performed well, they failed to score a win for the first time since the 2014 season and ultimately missed the playoffs.
Rumors swirled during the opening five months of the 2022 season that Truex might retire at the end of the year. However, Truex silenced those rumors by announcing on June 24 that in 2023 he would be making a full-time return to the No. 19 He Joe Gibbs Racing entry.
2023 will mark Truex’s 18th season of full-time competition in the NASCAR Cup Series. The 42-year-old racer won his 2017 NASCAR Cup Series championship, and in the past eight years he has entered Championship 4 five times.
Overall, Truex has 31 victories over his NASCAR Cup Series career.
