CC Sabathia’s son is ready to make a name for himself at Georgia Tech, mom says

Baseball folks, watch out… Another Sabathia is on the way – and according to Sabathia Mama, the young infielder is itching to make a name for himself at Georgia Tech this year!!!

CC Sabathiaspawn of, Kirsten Sabathiajust arrived on GT’s campus this year…and he’s expected to play soon as a freshman for the Yellow Jackets this season.

And when he took his mom and dad out at a charity event in New Jersey earlier this month…they were both glowing about the kid- Amber Sabathia Carsten says he’s ready to step out of CC’s giant shadow during his 23 years in Diamond.

“The spring season hasn’t started yet, so there are some things I’m looking forward to. He can really make a name for himself.”

Karsten, a 6-foot-4-inch, 240-pound giant who dominated the culinary world in high school, was named to the 2021 MLB All-American Game. 363 batting average and hit four home runs during this year as a senior.

CC didn’t provide us with his son’s scout report, and Carsten actually says he hates hitting him.

“It’s more important that he’s happy in life than sports,” CC said. “And he’s in a good place.”
