AMC Entertainment has reorganized its board of directors, announcing two new directors and one departure.
Former Sundance Institute Chief and Miramax Productions President Keri Putman (a huge proponent of independent film) and Dee Clark, who has worked in information technology at Hasbro, Mattel, Warner Music and Apple, announced on January 1 that participate as a director. His one-year term is set for re-election in 2023. His Lee Wittlinger of Silver Lake, who has been on the board since 2018, will step down following common practice after the company pulls out of its investment in the company in January 2021.
