The Lions are hot, going 5-of-6 with the only drawback being a close loss to the Bills. And two of his matches were outdoors. In Chicago and New York, both games were in the 30s for him. This is a completely different situation, as Jet is a much better defense than both.
Quinen Williams’ status as arguably the best defensive tackle in the NFL is the biggest reason to wait to bet on this game. Jared Goff has historically struggled with midfield pressure outdoors, and it would be a perfect storm if Williams could play.
New York ranks ninth in the NFL in net yards per play. The Lions are 22nd. The Jets outscored the Vikings by 200 yards two weeks ago in a small loss. They held Buffalo to their fewest yards of the season in a close game last week.
