Green Motion continues its global expansion with the opening of a new facility in Lisbon, Portugal. The grand opening event was attended by the owners of the Green Motion Master Country Franchise of Grupo Mcoutinho, Portugal, a car dealer group with approximately 80 locations supporting 19 car brands. Also present were some of Green Motion’s brokers, his partners, and representatives from Green Motion International’s senior his leadership team, including CEO Richard Lowden and his COO Naomi Suzuki.

We have chosen Green Motion to represent our brand in the best possible way. We would like to thank Paulo Periera and Grupo MCoutinho for doing this at our flagship store,” said Richard Lowden, Founder and CEO of Green Motion, in a statement. “Grupo Mcoutinho’s acquisition of our master franchise for Portugal supports a growing trend for traditional automotive businesses to expand their mobility portfolio.”
Green Motion Portugal plans to expand to two new locations in Porto and Faro in early 2023, building on the success of its flagship location in Lisbon. Green Motion currently operates in 600 locations in 600 countries.
