

— Megan Hansen, Smartsheet’s Chief People and Culture Officer, is leaving the company.
Smartsheet has confirmed Hansen’s departure from GeekWire. A spokesperson said, “We thank her for her contributions and wish her the best in her future endeavors.
Smartsheet Chief Legal Officer Jolene Marshall will lead the company’s human resources and culture teams as interim leader as the company searches for a permanent replacement.
GeekWire has reached out to Hansen for comment. I will update this post as soon as I receive a reply.
Hansen has been with Smartsheet for three and a half years, serving as Vice President of Human Resources. She previously served as Sr. Human Resources at MOD Pizza where she was Vice President of Talent at Outerwall where she was Vice President of Management and Creative where she was Director of Human Resources at consultancy Frog Design.
Bellevue, Wash.-based workflow management software provider Smartsheet reports revenue of $199.6 million in its most recent quarter, up 38% year over year in the third quarter of 2021. The company’s stock has fallen about 50% this year. .
