Pechanga Holiday To Go!: Pechanga is once again offering ready-to-eat, take-out treats. Priced at $260, it is designed for six and includes bone-in prime rib with auge and creamy horseradish, potato puree, winter chop salad, roasted baby carrots, lemon-roasted Brussels sprouts with Asiago cheese, Apple pie and rolls included. Orders must be placed in advance by December 15th at (951) 770-2307. Pechanga’s Blends Coffee Bar is open for grab-and-go meals on December 25th from 10am to 3pm.
Meals to remember: On Christmas and New Year’s Eve, Pechanga’s Great Oak Steakhouse offers a five-course prefix dinner menu. Priced at $120, the Christmas menu features a sweet onion bisque soup course, three salad options, crab cakes or lamb chop appetizers, and four entrée options including filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, free-range chicken or surf. Cantina offers a three-course $68 menu featuring a 20-ounce bone-in ribeye steak. Kelsey’s offers a four-course $58 menu that includes short rib, prime rib, and pork belly au gratin.
Gingerbread Village and Santa: Each holiday season, Pechanga’s pastry team creates an all-new Holiday Gingerbread Village display under the waterfall chandelier in the lobby. This year the village has 11 gingerbread houses and his 30 edible dark and white chocolate trees and sugar sculptures. Santa Claus will visit the resort in his second floor foyer in the Resort Tower from 11am to 7pm on December 18th and from 5pm to 9pm on December 19th and 20th.
