National Job Corps Association Gives 2022 Congressional Leadership to Senator John Boozman – SWARK Today

Washington – U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) received the 2022 Congressional Leadership Award from the National Job Corps Association for his advocacy for expanding educational and career opportunities through the Job Corps program.

Job Corps is a training and education program that provides hands-on workforce development experience while helping young people complete their high school education. Last week, Boozman was in the capital to meet with Little Rock Job Corps Center student Deshuntay Chatman and meet with elected leaders about the importance of the program.
