The Shop with a Cop program brings joy to Warren County youth in need.
West End Take Out recognizes the value of its program and is taking steps to support it.
For the second year, West End owners Megan and Ian Lawson donated a portion of their sales to support the program.
This year, they donated $1 for each large pizza sold on Fridays in November.
The Lawsons presented a check for $450 to members of Warren County Fraternity Police Organization 83 on Wednesday.
“It’s great what they’re doing” Ian Lawson said. “And there are children in this community who need it.”
FOP members brighten up the holidays by taking the kids to the local stores for a shopping trip. 3 of the 5 planned shop events are undecided.
Please mail any donations to: Warren County FOP Lodge 83, PO Box 15, Warren, PA, 16365.
