Kelvin, a collaborative control software company that provides industrial intelligence, has hired new leaders and promoted them internally as part of a strategy to capitalize on momentum to serve and expand its customer base.
The company announced the promotion of Suhail Jiwani to Chief Technology Officer, the appointment of Sheena Chandra to Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, and Citalouise Geiggar to Vice President of Marketing.
Kelvin was founded in 2013 by a team of data scientists, software developers, domain experts, and automation engineers to solve real-world problems. The company has a global footprint with offices in five countries and is headquartered in San Francisco.
According to the company, the senior appointments enhance Kelvin’s position in the market by enabling companies to connect, create and scale control applications across their operations with market-leading solutions. Suhail is in his new role as Executive Technology Leader for Engineering and Products at Kelvin. With deep industry and technology expertise and over 16 years of experience, Suhail is driving the acceleration of innovation in Kelvin’s next stage of growth, providing the best possible service for customer needs. He oversees all product and solution development requirements phases including system design, implementation and ongoing engineering. Suhail’s vision is to provide innovative, leading technology that helps industrial organizations achieve their net zero goals. Prior to joining Kelvin, he served as Chief Product Officer at Honeywell and Connected Industrials Software where he managed the portfolio. With his BTech in Electronic Engineering from Stanford University and a specialty in Machine Learning, Suhail is a subject matter expert and a leader in the digital transformation journey.
Sheena joins Kelvin from AWS in the role of Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. She brings her 20+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships, business development, and go-to-market moves from her background in Microsoft, AWS, and her Databricks. Sheena will be responsible for driving the company’s global growth, including leading strategic planning and initiatives, expanding Kelvin’s footprint in the market, and building key partnerships. She has a BA in Microbiology and Chemistry and her MBA.
With over 18 years of experience, Citalouise is an executive marketing leader responsible for overseeing Kelvin’s global marketing strategy. This includes strengthening the company’s market position, leading the company’s brand and integrated communications capabilities, including internal and external communications. Prior to his role at Kelvin, he was Head of Marketing at AVEVA, a global alliance where he led strategic partners and exponential growth. Citalouise holds his MBA in Business Communication and his BA.
