It’s time to pit at the wing stop.
The tebasaki specialty chain will release a new flavor that will appear on menus nationwide on December 5th.
The press release describes Carolina Gold BBQ as “just like gold,” but let’s dig a little deeper.
Wingstop says that traditional Carolina Gold BBQ has its roots in South Carolina and is “defined by a distinctive mustard base and tangy flavor profile.”
“Wingstop’s Carolina Gold Barbecue flavor maintains the classic cue of mustard, vinegar and brown sugar flavor punch, but with a heavier sweetness, this flavor is delicious and will surprise even mustard skeptics.” It is coveted,” the release details.
Our new chicken sandwich flavors are hand-sauced and tossed, but you can also choose from classic bone-in, boneless, or tender menu option flavors.

The chain ensures that the new sandwich isn’t made using liquid gold, but is bright with a golden hue.
This is a limited-time offer, so we encourage you to run to your nearest Wingstop to try it out, or order online via Wingstop.com or the Wingstop App.
Wingstop has also partnered with Uber Eats for a new chicken sandwich BOGO deal available only for a few days from December 6th to December 9th. Give another sandwich to someone you love.
