IRVINE, Calif. — Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s largest dealer brokerage, announced the sale of the Mount Pleasant, Texas Conroy Tractor from Jarred Conroy to Rick Ford.
Conroy Tractor has been family owned and operated for over 60 years under three generations of leadership. Founded in 1960 by John and Christine Conroy, Conroy Tractor is the oldest family-owned New Holland dealership in northeast Texas.
The dealer currently offers New Holland and Mahindra agricultural and New Holland construction equipment.

A household name in the automotive industry, Rick Ford has over 30 years of automotive management experience and has held previous positions at major publicly traded companies such as Sonic Automotive and AutoNation. Most recently, Ford held the title of president and CEO of RFJ Auto Partners, one of the largest privately owned auto retail platforms in the United States. In 2021, RFJ Partners was acquired by Sonic Automotive, ranking him one of the largest deals in automotive retail history. Ford’s acquisition of his Conroy Tractor will be the first equipment dealer added to Ford’s portfolio.

The dealership will remain at its current location at 2809 West Ferguson Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas.
