WNBA: The Connecticut Sun hired Darius Taylor as the team’s general manager and added assistant GM to Morgan Tuck’s title.

The five-year extension means Clarke is well positioned to lead the players on their next contract. The current contract is set to expire after the 2026 season.

Formula One: Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto will leave the team at the end of next month after four years of struggling to keep up with F1’s leaders.
Binotto has been with Ferrari for 28 years and took over the role of team principal in 2019.
The team failed to win in 2020 and 2021, but 2022 got off to a promising start with Charles Leclerc winning two of the first three races.
Ferrari was criticized for its botched pit and tire strategy while Binotto was in charge. A failed pit stop at the Dutch Grand Prix in September was initially seen as a symbol of Ferrari’s difficulties, with Carlos Sainz Jr.’s car fitted with only his three tires.
Ferrari did not immediately name a successor, but said the choice “will be finalized in the new year”.
