Danielle Klene Returns to Vantage Leadership Consulting


Danielle Klene has rejoined Vantage Leadership Consulting as a consultant based in the company’s Chicago headquarters.

Klene has over 10 years of experience in change management and human capital development. She spent the last five years at McDonald’s, after which she served as Director of Strategic Initiative Management for the United States. In that role, Clene guided US leaders in developing her three-year and one-year strategies to support the execution of annual plans, with a focus on optimizing project management processes. Led a team of 6 people.

Prior to that, he worked at Deloitte US for over four years as a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital Practice. Among other projects, she worked on change management strategy engagements for IT and HR departments.

Early in his career, Klene spent nearly two years at Vantage as a Leadership Consulting Associate. She started her career as an Associate at Monar Consulting as her consultant.

Klene holds a BA in Communications and Spanish from Northwestern University.

Founded in 1976, Vantage offers advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, succession planning, high performance teams and cultural audits, among other products.

Vantage hired Lacey Savage as a Colorado Springs-based consultant earlier this year.
