Britt Reed, son of Chiefs’ Andy Reid, sentenced to three years in prison for DUI

Britt Reed, son of former Kansas City Chiefs assistant and head coach Andy Reed, has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony DUI charge, according to a report by ProFootballTalk.

Reed was tried on February 4, 2021 for DWI felony after ramming his truck into two cars parked by the entrance ramp of Interstate 435 in Kansas City . In the process, 5-year-old Ariel Young was seriously injured. She suffered Brian’s trauma and was in a coma for 11 days.
