Construction is scheduled to begin on November 11, 2023, with an estimated completion date of March 1, 2024, at an estimated cost of $5,588,336, the filing stated. The 29,798-square-foot complex is located on College Street, although an exact address is not given.
The location is the sixth location in the region, following O’Reilly Auto Parts at 4595 College St., 705 NML King Jr. Pkwy, 1040 Washington Blvd., 1755 N Major Dr., and 4330 E Lucas Dr. Become. A store locator on the company’s website.
As previously reported by Beaumont Enterprises, the auto store chain recently announced its fifth store at 705 NML King Jr. The new store first opened on his June 25th.
