Franklin Chamber of Commerce Seeks Award Nominations
The Franklin Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for awards to be presented at next year’s Franklin Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.
These awards recognize and honor companies and individuals who make a difference in their communities. Here are the award descriptions:Business Hall of Fame Award – Community Impact Award – Community Service Award
Award nominations will be accepted through December 31st.

Mall sponsored job fair Saturday
The Job Fair is held on Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm at Von Maur Court. Over 20 retailers are looking to fill positions.
Participating retailers will accept applications for both full-time and part-time positions and conduct on-site interviews. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with a resume. Job fairs are also held at his two other Simon Malls in the Indianapolis area. Fashion malls in Keystone and Castleton Square also host job fairs on Fridays and Saturdays.
Mall welcomes new retailers
Simon announced that Hollister Co. and Indy’s Finest Vintage are now open at Greenwood Park Mall.
Hollister Co. sits between Dry Goods and Express, and Indy’s Finest Vintage, which specializes in fashion from the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s, is next door to the Cheesecake Factory.
Action center opened
Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus launches a center-based service offering customized behavioral solutions to individuals with mild, moderate and severe disabilities. This includes options for after-school care and an in-house diagnostic assessment for autism.
The center plans to start accepting customers by November.
Resources include registered behavioral technicians and master’s level clinicians with 10+ years of experience.
Bank announces new credit manager
Connie Basco has joined Mutual Saving Bank, overseeing the credit analyst staff and managing the bank’s day-to-day credit management operations.
Mr. Basco has worked in the banking industry for 30 years, including 10 years at Mutual Savings Bank. She lives in Greenwood with her husband and her family.
