The conference was held from October 2nd to October 4th at The Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado Bay, CA.
October 14, 2022 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE – Fix Auto USA announces the top performers of the Fix Auto family on the final day of the Fix Auto USA conference, Alex Doria, owner of Fix Auto Santee. Nominated as Auto. 2022 USA Rookie of the Year.
Doria joined Fix Auto USA as a franchisee in October 2020. While nothing new to Fix Auto USA or the industry, being the owner and operator of his own repair facility was a new journey, especially during difficult times. Leveraging his passion and experience in customer service and marketing, the store quickly became the brand’s flagship store, representing his image, customer service, and operational performance.
“Having been in the industry for many years, I was ready to open my own facility,” says Doria. “It was difficult to join the company during these difficult times, but the support of the program provided by Fix Auto USA put me in a great place to grow from here.”
