New Orleans – The New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) has selected 51 individuals to participate in its annual Regional Leadership Program. Recognized as the preeminent organization that educates and connects leaders across the parishes of southeastern Louisiana, NORLI brings together some of the region’s most influential and dynamic leaders to serve as a leading authority in the New Orleans metropolitan area. “Through NORLI, we are empowering executives, elected officials, nonprofit administrators, and civic leaders throughout Southeast Louisiana to make our region and state more competitive and fairer. We have created a platform where we can discuss, learn and collaborate on how to do it,” said Stephen Reuther. , executive director of NORLI. “The 2023 Regional Leadership Program classes include a broad section of leaders who not only strengthen their professional networks, but are determined to make a positive difference in the Greater New Orleans region.”
The 2023 class will begin the program year with an Opening Retreat in late October. Subsequent sessions will focus on public policy, education, economic development, diversity and equity, criminal justice, environmental sustainability and health care. Through various presentations, panels, tours and activities, these topics will be explored and analyzed from multiple perspectives, inviting an open dialogue to create a shared vision of what the future of the New Orleans area will look like. provide to The program will conclude in June 2023 with a closing retreat, the crowning event of the nine-month regional leadership program.
