Sony Pictures Entertainment Unveils First LED Virtual Production Stage


Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) today announced the installation of its first LED virtual production stage at Sony Innovation Studios in Culver City.

As LED virtual production transforms the way film and television are made, the new stage will be the world’s largest using Sony’s high-brightness, wide-color-gamut Crystal LED display panels.

The panels were created in collaboration with SPE’s top engineers for use in virtual production.

With the establishment of this LED stage, Sony Innovation Studios (SIS) will extend its virtual production workflow to a variety of entertainment platforms, seamlessly blending the real and virtual worlds using Atom View technology and proprietary stage integration software. I can.
